Where to Find Government Tax Foreclosures

It is relatively easy to find a list of government tax foreclosures. Many departments and agencies in the government have foreclosed properties they need to sell. Government listings of tax foreclosures are generally considered a good deal because: 1) they are owned by the government and, therefore, have a priority and take precedence over other mortgage loans; 2) there are a multitude of foreclosures available; and 3) to get the properties to sell, a greatly reduced price is almost always a sure thing.
